The Collier County School District is comprised of 44 schools and serves over 43,000 students on an annual basis. There are 25 elementary schools, 10 middle schools and 7 high schools. There are also 15 alternative schools, 2 charter schools and an adult education center. All schools in Collier County are accredited with the Southern Association of Colleges & Schools. This is a growing district that is dedicated to supplying students with the best education possible. In that respect, the Collier County School District has a long-term plan that calls for the construction of eleven new facilities in the next five years.

Lee County Schools
Lee County is home to the nation's 60th largest school district, educating over 75,000 students every year. The Lee County School District has the distinction of being both the area's largest developer, and the area's largest employer with over 11,000 employees. The district is made up of 97 schools that provide top-quality education for students of all ages.

Edison College has served the educational needs of Southwest Florida for 44 years. The school resides on a 140 acre campus in Lee County and offers a number of Associate Degree and Certificate Programs. This college also offers a highly regarded distance learning program. Edison College is proud to offer a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science, and an Associate of Arts Degree.
