Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Charlie Pigeon - I'm a Buyer's Agent, and I've been crazy about Southwest Florida since my wife and I made our first visit here in the mid 1990s. After that, I was hooked - I got sand in my shoes and couldn't wait to make the area my permanent home.
We looked everywhere, from Marco Island and Naples in the south to Punta Gorda in the north. We looked and looked for nearly three years. We were our realtor's worst nightmare!
This was in the very early days of the Internet, so information had to be gathered in-person and on-site. I smile when my clients tell me that they are just searching. Their home search is so much easier today and I designed this website to make the search even easier.
